Satisfaction Commitment

We are committed to the quality of all our repair and alteration services. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your garment.

Inspection Upon Pickup

We strongly encourage you to inspect your garment carefully when you pick it up. This allows us to address any concerns immediately while you are at our location. Our staff will be happy to review the work with you and make any necessary adjustments on the spot.

Reporting Issues

If you discover an issue with our work after leaving our location, please contact us within 7 days. To report an issue:

What We Cover

Our satisfaction commitment covers:

  • Workmanship errors or defects in our repair work
  • Alterations that do not meet agreed-upon specifications
  • Issues directly resulting from our service
  • Stitching or seam failures within 30 days of service

What Is Not Covered

Our commitment does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of service
  • Normal wear and tear after service completion
  • Damage caused by improper care or cleaning
  • Issues with delicate or aged fabrics that may not withstand repair
  • Color variations in replacement materials
  • Changes in garment fit due to weight fluctuation

Resolution Process

When you report an issue, we will:

  1. Review your concern and examine the garment
  2. Determine if the issue is covered under our commitment
  3. Provide a solution, which may include re-doing the work at no charge
  4. Complete any necessary corrections promptly

Refund Policy

In cases where we cannot satisfactorily correct an issue that is our responsibility, we may offer a partial or full refund of the service fee. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis after thorough review.

Pickup Timeframe

Completed garments should be picked up within 30 days of notification. Items not claimed within this period may incur storage fees. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed for more than 90 days.

Special Circumstances

For vintage garments, delicate fabrics, or items with significant pre-existing damage, we will discuss potential risks before beginning work. These items may have limited coverage under our commitment due to their fragile nature.
